Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Parents may call the Attendance Office at 357-5900, Ext 14122 or 14121 (Español). A 24-hour message phone will record your message.
Please provide the following information:
- Date the note was written.
- Student’s first and last name
- Grade of the student
- Date(s) of absence
- Reason for absence
- Full signature of parent and guardian
Parents can also report absences through Q ParentConnection. It must, however, be reported the same day.
- Log into Q ParentConnection
- Click Report Absence.
- Fill in the date, reason and click submit.
If you need to pick up your student early, please do so before 3:00 p.m. No students will be checked out after 3:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. On minimum day Wednesdays, the cutoff pick up time is 1:30 p.m.
