Clearance & Eligibility

All prospective student athletes must have the following items completed and or returned to the athletic director in order to be "cleared" to try out or participate on any athletic team at Henry J. Kaiser High School. 

• Athletic Clearance Account
• Physical

1. Sign up online @ AthleticClearance.com. Students must create a clearance for each sport they are interested in participating in.

2. Make an appointment with a physician (chiropractors not permitted) for a sports physical.
