The steps below must be followed to take students on a field trip.

1. Submit a Field Trip Request to Matt Allen (this form must be physically returned to Matt Allen or a copy must be sent via email). DO NOT submit it online.

2. Provide permission slips for students who plan on attending. 

3. If the field trip is with your club, get ASB approval. (See bookkeeper, Shirle Brancato for paperwork)
